How we
Support People
The people we support are at the centre of all we do.
We run a Wellbeing Hub based in Surbiton for adults who live locally and face issues to their mental wellbeing, some of whom also have learning disabilities. We offer a welcoming and non-judgemental environment, providing support and a variety of activities. These activities are designed to help individuals manage their health and wellbeing, learn new skills, foster wellbeing and make new friends. We actively involve the people we support in shaping the services we provide.
We also run a Man Shed, offering a safe space for the people we support to talk with each other over a cup of coffee.
At Firs Court in Chessington we provide Residential Care for adults with complex needs and Supported Living for adults with learning disabilities. We are proud to share that our care services at Firs Court have recently been rated as ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.
Our approach is to encourage and promote the people we support in pursuing their own interests and becoming as independent as they are able.
